All products that we sell are shipped VIA UPS ground service to the lower 48 states. After we receive your order it will take about 3-5 working days to fill your order before it is shipped. NO products are shipped or filled on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays. After your order is filled, it will be shipped UPS ground service to your location. The days in transit can be viewed using the map on this page. If you entered your email address correctly, you will receive a shipping notification from UPS. This will include any tracking numbers you may need to track you packages. You can track them on our site by clicking the tracking page in the section AFTER YOU ORDER or you can go to www.ups.com.

UPS ground service is not available to HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA and PUERTO RICO.

There are some products such as pond liner that UPS will not ship. Products that are to heavy will be shipped Motor Freight or whatever the best shipping method is. These products will be flagged and will tell you to contact us for the proper shipping cost.
